I help women 40+ shed 10-25 lbs, regain their confidence, increase energy, and fit into their smaller clothes again without complicated meal plans or spending endless hours in the gym.

All programs are custom-designed depending on each person’s individual goals and fitness level. Sandy works with professional businesswomen, pageant contestants, professional dancers, women preparing for special events, and moms.


PLATINUM SUCCESS PACKAGE

6 Month program, 3 Days a week Personal One-on-one training, nutrition, & mindset tools

Platinum Package - One-On-One Personal Training

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Initial assessment, measurements and body fat and

  • Private weight training in my beautiful home gym studio 3 times per week where I can give you personalized attention.

  • Flexibility training that will catapult your body's ability to build muscle. Stretches that lengthens muscle, increases your range of motion and helps to prevent injury

  • Nutritional Coaching

  • Cardio fitness training that will teach long-term habits to keep your body fat in check

  • Body-composition testing every 3 weeks to ensure proper progress

  • Photo assessment every 3 weeks to ensure proper progress

  • Coaching on stress management and personal growth in relation to your fitness goals

  • BONUS - Mind Set and Progress Tracking Tools:

    • Intake Form going in detail about your fitness goals

    • I will design your affirmations depending on your fitness goals. You will become more mindful, confident, proactive, and motivated to achieve your goals

    • Nightly google check-ins to help hold you accountable

  • This program is for someone who might be a beginner or wants to learn more about proper form and technique. Someone who hates going to the gym because you secretly feel intimated, or you don't know how to use those machines. You keep putting it off to "someday". OR this is for someone who wants to take their fitness to the next level. Programs are customized depending on your goals.


GOLD SUCCESS PACKAGE

Gold Package - One-on-one Personal Training

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • You get all that is listed in the Platinum except this is a 2 day a week training program. Program includes:

  • Private weight training in my beautiful private home gym studio 2 times per week where I can give you personalized attention.

  • Includes monthly online training program. You will workout 2 days with me, and then complete your workouts 2-3 days a week on your own.

  • This program is for someone that is able to train partly on their own at home or at the gym 2-3 days a week in addition to extra support and guidance training with me twice a week. Programs are custom designed depending on your goals.
