Sandy is a fitness expert specializing in women of all walks of life. She designs individual programs that change lives by improving the way you look and feel, improving confidence and empowering you to take action on visions and values you have. She provides coaching in her private and cordial home studio. Much of the success her clients experience is because of Sandy’s personalized approach and her ability to identify the strengths of every woman. Free from the distractions of the world, Sandy’s clients find the opportunity to grow and improve without being judged. And, they quickly see their progress and the champion within themselves.

All programs are custom designed depending on each person’s individual goals and fitness level. Sandy works with professional business women, pageant contestants, professional dancers, women preparing for special events, and mom’s.

  • Cardio fitness training that will teach long-term habits to keep your body fat in check

  • Body-composition testing every 3 weeks to ensure proper progress

  • Photo assessment every 3 weeks to ensure proper progress

  • This program is for someone who might be a beginner or wants to learn more about proper form and technique. Someone who hates going to the gym because you secretly feel intimated, or you don't know how to use those machines. You keep putting it off to "someday". OR for someone who wants to take their fitness to the next level. Programs are designed on an individual bases.
